All orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are posted that very same day by trustworthy Couriers that will get your gift neatly packaged to the recipient fast! If there is ever a problem, we would let you know by email. We can’t even remember the last time that happened.

All of the about values make for excellent customer service. We answer all emails regarding orders as soon as possible within business hours. Sometimes addresses autofill and it’s quite easy to miss. If we see a discrepancy in your order we’ll email you quite quickly within business hours. We can’t pick up every mistake, like typos in address numbers. We copy and paste the addresses exactly as they’ve been received. Rest assured, no-one is going to go without there gift box or hamper because of a typo (but please check the addresses carefully).
